What if you could build AI that understands the physical world?I'm working with a very early-stage AI company tackling a problem that most of the industry has largely ignored: teaching AI to understand construction.Think millions of pages of drawings, specifications, revisions, RFIs and technical documents — the kind of messy, visual, interconnected information that doesn't fit neatly into a traditional software stack.They're turning that data into an AI system capable of understanding what's actually being built, surfacing conflicts, answering complex questions and helping project teams make better decisions.And they're looking for an exceptional Full Stack Engineer to help build it.This is not a role where you'll own a small feature inside a massive engineering organization.You'll work directly with the founders and own products end-to-end - from product thinking and architecture through implementation, deployment and iteration with customers.You'll work across:→ React — building sophisticated, high-performance product experiences→ Python + Postgres — designing the backend systems powering the platform→ Document intelligence — making sense of complex construction data→ Search & change detection — finding relationships and differences across massive datasets→ AI-powered workflows — turning multimodal intelligence into something customers can actually useThe interesting part?The problems haven't been solved yet.You're dealing with drawings, diagrams, text and structured data simultaneously. You're building systems where accuracy matters because the output can influence projects worth hundreds of millions - or billions - of dollars.They're looking for engineers who have:

• A track record of building and shipping meaningful systems
• Strong full-stack fundamentals across React, Python and Postgres
• Exceptional product instincts
• A high degree of ownership and agency
• The ability to operate without a detailed roadmap
• A genuine interest in using AI as part of how they build
