A small, sharp engineering team building real product inside an asset management firm that puts technology first.You are joining a fairly young but well-established asset management business that has serious ambitions to grow its technology offering. New products are in the pipeline and the engineering team is right at the centre of that. This is not a firm where tech sits in the background. It drives the business forward.The team is small, which means your work has a visible impact from day one. You are building and maintaining full stack applications using C# and React, contributing across the entire codebase and getting involved in decisions that actually shape the product. There is no hiding in a large squad here. What you build, matters.The engineers around you are experienced and worth learning from. This is a genuine opportunity to grow your craft alongside people who know what good looks like, in a setting that also gives you a window into how asset management works. Over time, you will come away with a much broader understanding of both the technical and commercial side of a financial services business.You are working with C# and React on a day to day basis. You are comfortable across the full stack and you are ready to take on more responsibility than your current role is giving you.
