Full Stack Engineer

We are working with a well-funded, series A startup in SF that is building a new category of collaborative intelligence software pushing the boundaries of Ai powered workflows. Backed by top-tier VCs, they are creating AI-enabled workflows designed to finally bridge the gap between Go-To-Market and Product/Engineering teams.They are bringing on another Full Stack Engineer to join their founding team to fundamentally shape their long-term technical stack and data model. This isn't a maintenance role. You’ll be diving into AI engineering and taking total ownership of 0-to-1 builds. Your day-to-day will span the entire stack from pushing the boundaries of their distributed AI backend to architecting the data model and shipping fluid, intuitive features in the UI.We’re looking for someone who has:1-4 years postgrad of professional full-stack experience, navigating both backend architecture and UI layers.Previous experience at a fast growing tech tech startupA track record of leading 0-to-1 projects. You should know what it takes to build a completely new product or feature from a blank slate.Previous founders are a plusExtreme curiosity and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.The team heavily prefers Svelte and SvelteKit, so experience there is a massive plus but not needed.To put the number "100" in the years of experience question at the end so we know you're not a bot :)The Details:Location: Hybrid in San Francisco. The team thrives on collaboration and is in the office 3+ days a week, so local candidates who want an in-person culture are a must.Compensation: $120,000 - $160,000 base.
