You will work closely with the founders to build out and refine our product offerings.About CuraFi:At CuraFi, we develop software solutions that facilitate the management of drugs and workflows and improve the healthcare journey for doctors and patients with complex conditions . Our platform assists healthcare providers and payers by offering tools that provide insights into drug cost management , risk analysis , and provider enablement . As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in evolving our products and driving significant impact in the healthcare sector . You'll get to work alongside domain experts and former YC founders.Technical Skillset Required:- React 16.8+ (React hooks) ⚛ – Proficient in building responsive and intuitive user interfaces.- Python – Advanced skills in Python for robust backend development.- Web Frameworks – Experience with Flask or comparable frameworks.- SQL (MySQL) – Strong ability to perform complex database queries and manage data effectively.Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain dynamic front-end interfaces and efficient backend services.- Create and manage RESTful APIs, focusing on scalability and security .- Extract, transform, and analyze large datasets to enhance product features & user experience.- Ensure high code quality through rigorous testing, code reviews, and debugging.- Proactively solve technical issues and contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.- Stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate them where beneficial.Preferred Qualifications:- Strong skills in data manipulation and API development.- Experience or knowledge of healthcare industry, particularly in managing healthcare data .- Proficiency in deploying applications on cloud platforms like AWS or Heroku.- Understanding or experience with AI and machine learning technologies, especially in LLMs like Claude or ChatGPT.Personal Attributes:- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.- Willingness to engage deeply with complex problems and deliver innovative solutions.- Enthusiastic about hands-on involvement and capable of taking initiative in a dynamic environment.Experience:At least 5 years in software development , with substantial exposure to full-stack projects.Job Type: Full-timePay: From $160,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceCompensation Package:Yearly payAbility to Commute:San Francisco, CA 94107 (Required)Ability to Relocate:San Francisco, CA 94107: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)Work Location: In person
