Working closely with the founders, product team, and fellow engineers, you'll own projects end-to-end, from designing backend systems and experimenting with LLM behaviors to shipping intuitive user experiences that directly impact how students learn. This role is ideal for ambitious engineers who want to operate at the intersection of cutting-edge AI research and product development while having outsized influence on both the company and its mission.Qualifications0–4 years of experience in full-stack software engineering.Strong experience building production systems using TypeScript and/or Python.Proven ability to ship products end-to-end with a high degree of ownership.Prior experience at high-caliber startups strongly preferred.Genuine interest in AI products, education, and emerging technologies.Comfortable working in fast-moving environments with ambiguity and evolving priorities.Demonstrated initiative, curiosity, and a builder mentality.Compensation & LogisticsCompensation: $130K–$220K Base + 0.5%–2% EquityLocation: San Francisco, CAWork Model: OnsiteVisa Sponsorship: Available
