As our AI-driven matching architectures and automated verification systems scale, we require a developer who can bridge seamless client-side interfaces with high-performance backend pipelines.Operating completely remote from within the UAE, you will take full technical ownership of features supporting our core HR API and customer portals. You will build clean, secure, and responsive digital environments, collaborating directly with our technical systems hub in Abu Dhabi.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Application Delivery: Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable web applications utilizing modern front-end frameworks and robust backend logic.API Architecture & Integration: Build and optimize our foundational HR API layers, ensuring seamless third-party platform communication and secure data handshakes.Database & Workflow Management: Architect clean database structures, optimize complex relational queries, and ensure efficient handling of high-volume transactional records.Security & Compliance Controls: Implement "Zero-Trust" security protocols, handling data encryption standards to protect sensitive identity verification modules.Performance Refinement: Audit and polish application loading speeds, server-side render metrics, and background job handling to guarantee maximum platform uptime.Who You Are (Requirements)Proven Development Background: 3+ years of professional full-stack software development experience (experience within a B2B SaaS, Fintech, or Cloud product environment is highly preferred).Technical Stack Fluency: Proficient in front-end technologies (React, Vue, or Angular) combined with robust backend engineering frameworks (Node.js, Python, or Go).Database & Cloud Acumen: Confident working with SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and cloud infrastructure tools (AWS, Docker, or serverless functions).Frictionless Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; ability to articulate technical execution pathways clearly.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a strictly related technical field.Premium Compensation & BenefitsWe provide a premier compensation portfolio designed to attract elite technical talent, positioned exactly 20% above the UAE market average for software engineering roles.Base Salary: AED 28,000 – AED 34,500 per month (Tax-Free, dependent on architecture experience and stack depth).Remote Excellence: 100% remote workflow autonomy paired with a dedicated personal technology stipend and home-office equipment allowance.Health & Wellness: Comprehensive, high-tier medical insurance coverage provided fully for you and your immediate family members.
