Team members are encouraged to take ownership of their work and continuously refine both product quality and internal tooling.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Full Stack Engineer role based in Los Angeles, CA. The Full Stack Engineer will design, develop, and maintain web applications across the front-end and back-end, from user interfaces to APIs and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing responsive UI components, integrating with backend services, optimizing database interactions, and ensuring application performance and reliability. The role also involves collaborating with product and design teams, participating in code reviews, writing automated tests, and contributing to technical documentation and architecture discussions. The engineer will help improve development workflows, monitor production systems, and support ongoing releases and feature iterations.Qualifications Strong front-end development skills, including experience with modern JavaScript frameworks and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).Proficiency in back-end web development and software development, including building and maintaining APIs and server-side applications.Hands-on experience with full-stack development, integrating front-end and back-end components into cohesive, production-ready systems.Comfort working with databases, version control (e.g., Git), and common web application architectures.Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, with attention to security, scalability, and performance.Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams on-site in Los Angeles.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.Experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools is a plus.
