The environment is fast-paced yet supportive, with a focus on quality, reliability, and user-centered design.Role Description As a Full Stack Engineer at Cube agency, you will design, develop, test, and maintain web applications across both front-end and back-end layers. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate requirements into clean, efficient, and reusable code. Daily responsibilities include implementing user interfaces, building and integrating APIs, optimizing performance, ensuring cross-browser compatibility, and maintaining code quality through reviews and documentation. You will troubleshoot issues, refine existing features, and contribute to architectural decisions for new projects. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi.Qualifications Strong proficiency in Full-Stack Development and Software Development, including experience building and maintaining production-ready web applications.Hands-on experience with Front-End Development, including HTML, JavaScript, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), and familiarity with modern front-end frameworks.Solid skills in Back-End Web Development, such as working with server-side frameworks, RESTful APIs, and databases.Understanding of software engineering best practices, including version control (e.g., Git), testing, debugging, and code review processes.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi, collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Experience with cloud platforms, containerization, or CI/CD pipelines is an advantage.Commitment to writing maintainable, secure, and performant code, with a focus on usability and accessibility.
