Apply & track with Apply EdgeRole summaryUnique Properties LLC is looking for a Digital Systems Engineer and CRM Administrator to take ownership of our existing digital estate: company websites and web applications, the CRM, internal business tools, the integrations between them, and the hosting environment underneath.The core systems are already in place. The role is to run them, improve them, and build on top of them, including new local applications inside CRM and new features for our internal tools. This is a single-owner role covering development, administration and support. Daily use of AI-assisted development tools is part of how the team works.CRM administration and developmentAdminister CRM: users, roles, permissions, pipelines, stages, custom fields and business processes.Design and build local applications inside CRM using the REST API, OAuth, placements and custom interfaces, to extend the CRM where standard configuration is not enough.Configure and refine lead routing, assignment rules, response time SLAs and escalation logic.Administer messaging and open channels: WhatsApp, Meta, web chat and email.Manage user onboarding and offboarding, including data handover and access removal when agents leave.Maintain CRM data quality: duplicate control, mandatory fields, lead source accuracy and monitoring of automation failures.Test all changes before release, maintain a change history, and roll back cleanly when required.Internal applications and toolsMaintain, support and enhance the internal web applications used across the group, covering project management, operations workflows and finance reporting.Build new features and modules on the existing platforms as the business requirements change.Work with finance, sales and operations to convert manual processes into working tools, then support them after release.Own the full stack of these applications: database, backend, frontend, deployment, monitoring and user access.Websites and web platformsMaintain and improve the company websites, portals, landing pages and CMS platforms.Manage new website and landing page projects from planning through to launch.Maintain website content, property listings and project data for accuracy and relevance.Improve the website experience for both clients and agents, whose needs differ.Integration and automationMaintain and extend integrations built on APIs, webhooks, authentication flows, Zapier, Airtable, Fillout, OneDrive and Meta lead forms.Own the inbound lead pipeline, including monitoring for integration failures such as field mismatches that interrupt lead delivery and force manual entry.Replace manual data processes with automated ones, including scheduled data fetches from third party property data providers.Automate repetitive internal workflows across sales, marketing and operations.Use AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex or Antigravity in day to day work for coding, debugging, documentation and faster delivery.Infrastructure, security and continuityMaintain servers, hosting environments, domain configurations and SSL certificates.Monitor uptime, performance, website logs and errors.Manage domain, subscription and licence renewals before expiry, including service tiers whose usage limits can interrupt live systems.Maintain platform security through patching, access key and credential rotation, and protection of client data.Manage backups and disaster recovery, and test restores regularly.Respond to security incidents.SEO, analytics and reportingImplement on-page and technical SEO: indexing, metadata, schema, redirects, keyword rankings and site errors.Manage blog and content SEO approvals.Track and analyse website traffic, lead attribution and SEO performance.Build CRM reports and dashboards covering leads, agent performance, response times and conversion.Documentation and supportMaintain documentation for websites, internal applications, automations, server configurations, CRM logic and business processes, and keep it current.Support the sales, marketing and operations teams with technical and system requests, and respond promptly.Train users on the CRM and internal tools, and monitor compliance.Identify manual, slow or unreliable processes, propose improvements, and implement them.RequirementsThree or more years building and supporting production web applications, in addition to websites.Proven ability to take over systems built by other people, understand them quickly, and extend them safely.Practical experience with APIs, webhooks, authentication and troubleshooting.Experience administering or extensively configuring a CRM is a strong advantage.Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, SQL and AWS.Experience with hosting, domains, SSL, backups and platform security fundamentals.Daily, practical use of AI-assisted tools for coding, debugging, workflow design or automation.Consistent documentation habits, as this role is the sole owner of system knowledge.Ability to manage several concurrent projects and prioritise independently.PreferredCRM administration experience, including development of local applications against the CRM REST API.Experience building or extending internal business tools, ERP modules or workflow applications.Experience with modern application stacks such as Next.js, PostgreSQL, Supabase or Docker.Experience in UAE real estate or property-related businesses.Experience integrating AI tools, chatbots or automation platforms with CRM and business systems.Experience with Zapier, Airtable, Fillout, Meta or OneDrive.Knowledge of website analytics, technical SEO and lead management operations.
