The team focuses on delivering data-driven insights and practical solutions that strengthen clients’ financial and operational performance.Role Description The Full Stack Engineer will work on-site in Kuwait City in a full-time capacity, collaborating closely with advisory, finance, and operations teams to build and maintain web-based tools and internal platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing, developing, and testing front-end interfaces and back-end services that support business advisory, valuation, credit profiling, and accounting workflows. The role involves integrating data from various sources, optimizing application performance, and ensuring system reliability, security, and scalability. The engineer will participate in requirement gathering, translating business needs into technical specifications, and delivering clean, maintainable code. Additional tasks include troubleshooting issues, implementing enhancements, documenting technical solutions, and contributing to continuous improvement of the firm’s digital infrastructure.Qualifications Strong front-end development skills, including experience with modern JavaScript frameworks and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).Proficiency in back-end web development, working with APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks.Hands-on experience in full-stack development and software development life cycle, from design to deployment and maintenance.Ability to collaborate with business and finance stakeholders to translate advisory and analytical requirements into technical solutions.Familiarity with relational databases, version control (e.g., Git), and basic security and performance best practices.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work on-site in Kuwait City within cross-functional teams.Experience building tools or dashboards for financial services, consulting, or analytics-focused environments is a plus.
