Team members at OneConcord AI contribute to a modern, AI-driven product that directly impacts how enterprises operate and innovate.Role Description The Full Stack Engineer will design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications that power OneConcord AI’s unified platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing front-end interfaces, crafting scalable back-end services and APIs, integrating data sources, and ensuring performance, reliability, and security across the stack. The engineer will collaborate closely with product, design, and AI teams to translate requirements into high-quality, testable code and will participate in code reviews, technical documentation, and continuous improvement of the development lifecycle. This is a full-time remote role, requiring effective communication in distributed teams and ownership of deliverables from concept through deployment and support.Qualifications Strong skills in Full-Stack Development and Software Development, with experience building production-grade web applications.Proficiency in Back-End Web Development, including server-side frameworks, RESTful APIs, data modeling, and integration with databases.Experience in Front-End Development, including modern JavaScript frameworks and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for responsive, accessible user interfaces.Comfort working across the entire stack, debugging issues end-to-end, and optimizing application performance and reliability.Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines for deployment and automation.Understanding of security best practices, testing strategies, and version control (e.g., Git) in collaborative engineering environments.Ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team, with clear communication and strong problem-solving skills.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; prior experience with AI-driven or enterprise platforms is a plus.
