Founded in the UAE, the team is focused on the cultural nuances and service standards that define world-class luxury hospitality in the region.Role:</strong> ✅ Design and build AI agents and LLM-powered products (voice assistants, automation, integrations)✅ Develop and maintain company websites and web platforms✅ Build and ship mobile apps (iOS/Android)✅ Take projects from idea to launch — you'll own the full stackAs a Full Stack Engineer at GuestGreet.ai, you will design, develop, and maintain web applications and services that power the AI voice assistant experience for luxury hotels. You will work across front-end and back-end components, build APIs, integrate with third-party hospitality systems, and ensure performance, scalability, and reliability. Your day-to-day work will include implementing user interfaces, writing clean and testable code, reviewing peer code, resolving technical issues, and collaborating closely with product, AI/ML, and hospitality operations teams to translate business needs into technical solutions. You will also contribute to system architecture decisions, deployment pipelines, and continuous improvement of engineering practices. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.Qualifications Strong skills in Full-Stack Development and Software Development, with experience building and maintaining production-grade web applications.Proficiency in Front-End Development, including modern JavaScript frameworks and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for responsive and accessible user interfaces.Experience in Back-End Web Development, including RESTful APIs, microservices, and working with databases and application frameworks.Solid understanding of software engineering best practices, including version control (e.g., Git), testing, code review, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is beneficial.Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment, with the ability to take ownership, prioritize effectively, and collaborate in cross-functional teams.Strong problem-solving skills and clear, professional communication in English; additional languages relevant to the region are an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Experience in hospitality technology, conversational AI, or voice interfaces is a plus.
