With customized strategies, verified B2B data, and a dedicated execution team, Royal Acquisition helps clients reach the right prospects, create meaningful conversations, and achieve predictable revenue.Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Full Stack Engineer based in Dubai, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Full Stack Engineer will design, develop, and maintain web applications that support internal operations and client-facing platforms, working across both front-end and back-end components. Responsibilities include implementing user interfaces, building scalable APIs and services, integrating third-party tools, and ensuring performance, reliability, and security throughout the stack. The role will collaborate closely with product, sales, and operations teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve existing systems. The engineer will also participate in code reviews, maintain documentation, and contribute to best practices, testing, and deployment workflows.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Front-End Development skills, including experience with modern JavaScript frameworks and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).Candidates should possess Back-End Web Development skills, including building and maintaining APIs, services, and server-side logic.Candidates should possess Software Development and Full-Stack Development skills, with the ability to work across the entire application lifecycle.Candidates should possess experience with version control systems, relational or NoSQL databases, and RESTful or GraphQL architectures.Candidates should possess problem-solving abilities, clean coding practices, and familiarity with testing, debugging, and performance optimization.Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work in a hybrid environment with distributed teams.Experience in B2B SaaS, MarTech, or CRM systems, and prior exposure to lead generation or sales technology is beneficial.A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
