Full Stack Engineer Location: Noida· Full-timeAbout VolitonVoliton is a Revenue Execution Operating System (REOS) — a governed AI layer between CRM systems and revenue teams. Where most tools stop at dashboards and insight, Voliton acts: 80+ agents plan and execute revenue work under human-in-the-loop governance, causal graph reasoning, and policy gates that run before every action, not after. Our guiding idea: cognition is thinking; volition is doing. We’re building the execution layer that Gong, Clari, and Outreach don’t have — across 20+ production services, with a small senior team and real ownership.What you’ll work onYou’ll range from the Next.js surfaces revenue teams live in down to the FastAPI and Express services powering agents, the canonical data layer, and the revenue graph. Depending on strengths:• User-facing surfaces in Next.js 14 / TypeScript — pipeline, forecast, revenue dashboards, the Cruxx workspace, and the Tell Me conversational interface (SSE streaming, real-time).• Backend services in TypeScript/Express and Python/FastAPI, with tenant-aware JWT auth, RBAC, and clean API / application / domain / infrastructure boundaries.• The agent and orchestration layer — LangGraph stateful workflows, the Capability Registry, and evidence / HITL / policy flows.• The data seam — PostgreSQL (asyncpg), pgvector, Neo4j, and PRGE, the graph engine running on Postgres adjacency tables with recursive CTEs.• Real-time and integration surfaces — SignalR, Azure Communication Services, Office.js (Outlook add-in), and CRM integrations (Salesforce, Dynamics).• Governance as a first-class feature — OPA policy-as-code, evidence packs, override ledgers, audit at every layer.What we’re looking for• 3+ years shipping full-stack web apps in production• Strong TypeScript and comfort in a React/Next.js codebase• Backend depth in Python (FastAPI) and/or Node/Express — you can own a service end to end• Solid PostgreSQL fundamentals: schema design, queries, migrations, performance• Cloud-native delivery — Docker, CI/CD, a Azure and AWS• Tested, observable, maintainable code and a feel for clean boundaries
