Full Stack Engineer

Role OverviewReports to: Lead Engineer - AI & TransformationExperience level: 3-5 yearsLocation / Work mode: Gurgaon (On-site)Employment type: Full-timeKey Responsibilities• Design, build, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of Our Product• Collaborate with the Tech Lead and product team to translate requirements into technical designs• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code across the stack• Participate in code reviews and uphold engineering best practices• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance• Own code deployment, code review, API design, database schema ownership, and CI/CDinvolvementTech StackFront-end: Vue.js or React.jsBack-end: .NET or PythonDatabase: MongoDB, MySQLSearch / Infra: ElasticsearchRequired Skills & Qualifications• 3-5 years of experience in full stack development• Strong proficiency in Vue.js or React.js on the front-end• Strong proficiency in .NET or Python on the back-end• Hands-on experience with MongoDB and MySQL; comfortable working with both relational andNoSQL data models• Experience with Elasticsearch for search/indexing use cases• Familiarity with version control (Git)• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design fundamentals• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experienceNice to Have• Cloud platform experience with Azure• Prior experience in the e-commerce domainSoft Skills• Strong communication and ability to work closely with a Tech Lead in a fast-paced environment• Ownership mindset and comfort working across the full stack independently• Good problem-solving and debugging skills
