Full Stack Engineer

Full Stack DeveloperLocation: Hybrid (New York City Preferred)Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and optimize responsive web applications and user-facing features.Build engaging user experiences, marketing pages, and customer workflows.Develop and maintain high-performance applications using React and Next.js.Enhance and support a headless WordPress environment.Design and build scalable APIs and backend services.Develop data-driven interfaces and visualizations using large datasets.Write clean, maintainable, well-tested, and reusable code.Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications.Implement security, performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices.Collaborate with Product, Design, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality features.Utilize AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar technologies to improve development efficiency.Required Qualifications3+ years of full stack software development experience.Strong experience with JavaScript, React, and Next.js.Experience working with WordPress, preferably in a headless architecture.Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.Experience building scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications.Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development practices.Experience working with relational or NoSQL databases and data-intensive applications.Strong understanding of web performance optimization, accessibility (WCAG), and SEO best practices.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment with evolving priorities.Preferred QualificationsExperience with digital advertising technologies such as Google Ad Manager (GAM) or Google Publisher Tag (GPT).Experience building analytics platforms or data visualization applications.Familiarity with AI-assisted software development tools and workflows.Experience deploying and managing applications in cloud environments such as AWS or Vercel.
