If you want your work to be visible in the product within days — not quarters — this is that kind of place.The RoleWe are looking for a Full Stack Developer who can own features end-to-end — from designing APIs to shipping polished, responsive UI. You will work closely with the founders and design team, make architectural decisions that matter and help set the engineering culture as one of our earliest technical hires.What You'll Do•   Build and ship user-facing features across the stack — frontend (Next.js) and backend (Node.js)•   Design and maintain REST APIs, database schemas and server-side business logic•   Implement clean, performant state management and data-fetching patterns on the frontend•   Collaborate with design to translate Figma mockups into pixel-accurate, responsive interfaces•   Write maintainable, well-structured code and participate in code reviews•   Debug production issues, monitor performance and continuously improve reliability•   Contribute to technical decisions — architecture, tooling and best practicesMust-Have•   Next.js — strong command of rendering strategies (CSR, SSR, SSG, ISR), App Router, API routes and metadata/OG tags for SEO•   Node.js — building and maintaining production backend services (Express/ Fastify or similar)•   Zustand — practical experience using it for client-side state management in real projects•   TanStack — working knowledge of TanStack Query (server state, caching, mutations); familiarity with TanStack Table/Router is a plus•   Solid JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals — async patterns, closures, ES6+•   Hands-on experience with databases and storage — Redis, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, and S3•   Strong DSA foundations — data structures, algorithms, and time/space complexity analysis•   Real-time & notifications — building live features with Web Sockets and implementing push/in-app notifications•   Caching & network-layer knowledge — disk cache handling, HTTP fundamentals, request lifecycle and CDN behaviour•   Discipline around code standards & SOPs — consistent style, code reviews and documented engineering processes•   Comfort with Git and collaborative development workflows•   Ability to work from our Ahmedabad officeNice-to-Have•   TypeScript used end-to-end in production codebases•   Experience in fintech, broking, or BFSI products — or familiarity with Indian capital markets•   Exposure to third-party financial APIs (market data feeds, payment gateways, KYC/onboarding flows)•   Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, GCP, Vercel or similar)•   Understanding of web security basics — auth flows (JWT/OAuth), OWASP awareness•   Prior experience at an early-stage startup — comfort with ambiguity and wearing multiple hats•   Contributions to open-source or strong personal projectsWhat We Offer•   Competitive salary•   High ownership and direct access to founders•   A ground-floor seat at a fintech startup solving real problems for young Indian investors•   Fast decision-making, minimal bureaucracy
