Join us to build the next generation of global fintechRole: Tech Lead – Fullstack (Angular, Spring Boot & Cloud)Location: DubaiExperience: 10+ YearsDomain: BankingKey Summary:We are looking for a hands-on Tech Lead – Fullstack Developer with strong expertise in Angular and Spring Boot to join our engineering team.In this role, you will lead fullstack development, manage cloud deployments on OpenShift and Azure, ensure robust application security, and leverage modern AI-assisted development tools (Claude, Cursor) to drive productivity and innovation.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Leadership: Lead fullstack design, microservices architecture, and API design while conducting code reviews, sprint planning, and mentoring engineers.Hands-on Development: Build scalable, high-performance web applications using Angular (Frontend) and Spring Boot (Backend).Cloud & DevOps: Deploy, orchestrate, and manage applications on OpenShift (Kubernetes) and Azure Cloud using CI/CD pipelines.Database Management: Design and optimize schemas, queries, and data models across Oracle and PostgreSQL databases.AI Integration: Leverage modern AI tools (Cursor, Claude) to accelerate code generation, automate unit test writing, and streamline technical documentation.Security & Quality Assurance: Drive application security and compliance by conducting performance testing, security testing, and automated code scans (Fortify, Veracode, Trivy, Xray).Key Requirements & QualificationsCore Tech Stack: Angular, Spring Boot, Microservices, RESTful APIs, Oracle, PostgreSQL.Cloud & Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud, OpenShift, Docker, and Kubernetes.Domain Expertise: Experience in the Banking / Financial Services domain.DevOps & CI/CD: Proficiency in CI/CD platforms (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI) and version control (Git/GitHub/Bitbucket).Security & Testing Tools: Experience with Fortify, Veracode, Trivy, Xray, and performance testing frameworks.AI-Assisted Engineering: Hands-on experience or strong familiarity using AI tools like Claude or Cursor for prompt-driven development and code quality.Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder communication, team mentorship, and Agile/Scrum execution skills.
