Clinicaworld offers opportunities to work on impactful projects that support healthcare professionals and their patients, with room for technical growth and ownership.Role Description The Full Stack Engineer will work on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, in a full-time capacity (remote option is available too) developing and maintaining web applications across the entire technology stack. Responsibilities include designing and implementing scalable back-end services, building responsive front-end interfaces, integrating APIs, and ensuring reliable data flow between system components. The role involves collaborating with product managers, designers, and other engineers to refine requirements, propose technical solutions, and deliver features from concept to deployment. The engineer will participate in code reviews, optimize performance, address bugs, and help maintain best practices in security, testing, and documentation. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to architectural decisions and continuously improve development processes.QualificationsStrong skills in Back-End Web Development and Software Development, including experience with server-side languages, frameworks, and databases.Proficiency in Front-End Development and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), with the ability to create responsive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces.Hands-on experience in Full-Stack Development, delivering end-to-end features from UI to database and integrating APIs or microservices.Solid understanding of web application architecture, security best practices, performance optimization, and version control (e.g., Git).Experience with modern development workflows, including testing, continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD), and agile methodologies.Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams, communicate clearly, and take ownership of technical solutions.Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Experience in healthcare or SaaS products is an advantage, along with familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).
