Working closely with architects, product teams and fellow engineers, you'll drive technical decisions, improve automation and embed quality throughout the development lifecycle. You'll also mentor developers, lead code reviews and help shape engineering standards, CI/CD pipelines and platform improvements.Essential SkillsCommercial experience as a Senior Full Stack Developer, Senior Software Engineer or similar.Expert knowledge of React, TypeScript, .NET and C#.Strong experience designing scalable, resilient software solutions and APIs.Experience with Git or other source control systems.Proven experience with automated testing, including TDD, unit, integration and performance testing.Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions or similar.Knowledge of clean architecture, Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and modern software engineering principles.Experience mentoring developers, leading code reviews and driving technical best practice.Strong understanding of observability, application monitoring and operational support.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience within financial services or another regulated environment is advantageous.
