You will work closely with the founders, AI engineers, and product team to convert product requirements and designs into a reliable, scalable, production-ready product.Role OverviewAs a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, integrating, testing, deploying, and maintaining Brikito’s web and application infrastructure.You will work across the frontend, backend, databases, APIs, integrations, authentication, cloud infrastructure, and AI integrations required to deliver the product.The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in an environment where requirements evolve quickly and should have the ability to independently identify problems, propose solutions, and implement them.Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Full-Stack Product DevelopmentDevelop and maintain Brikito’s frontend and backend applications.Convert product specifications, UI/UX designs, and workflows into functional features.Build scalable and maintainable application architecture.Develop new features from concept to production.Fix bugs, performance issues, and technical problems across the platform.Ensure a smooth and consistent user experience across the product.2. Frontend DevelopmentBuild responsive, intuitive, and high-performance user interfaces.Implement designs accurately from Figma/HTML/product specifications.Develop dashboards, project management interfaces, AI chat interfaces, reports, documents, workflows, notifications, and other product modules.Ensure responsive design across desktop, tablet, and mobile where required.Optimize frontend performance and loading times.Maintain reusable components and clean frontend architecture.3. Backend DevelopmentDesign and develop robust backend services and business logic.Build RESTful APIs and other required API architectures.Develop authentication, authorization, user management, roles, and permissions.Implement project, task, document, user, vendor, financial, and workflow-related backend functionality.Build reliable data processing and validation systems.Ensure backend systems are secure, scalable, and maintainable.4. Database ManagementDesign and maintain appropriate database architecture.Create efficient database schemas and relationships.Write optimized queries.Implement data validation and integrity mechanisms.Manage database migrations and backups.Monitor database performance and optimize when required.5. AI & Agent IntegrationBrikito is an AI-first product, so the Full Stack Engineer will work closely with the AI engineering team to integrate AI capabilities into the product.Responsibilities include:Integrate AI models and AI agents into Brikito’s application.Build APIs and interfaces between AI agents and the core application.Integrate AI-generated outputs into relevant product workflows.Handle AI requests, responses, errors, retries, and fallbacks.Build the infrastructure required for AI-powered features.Work with the AI team to convert AI capabilities into usable product features.Examples may include integration with:AI ChatTask Generation AgentTicket/Indent Detection AgentInquiry & RFI AgentProgress & Update AgentDocument IntelligenceDrawing IntelligenceAI Orchestration6. Authentication & SecurityImplement secure authentication and authorization systems.Build role-based access control.Protect user and company data.Follow secure coding practices.Implement appropriate API security and data validation.Identify and address potential security vulnerabilities.9. Testing & Quality AssuranceWrite unit, integration, and API tests where appropriate.Test features before deployment.Identify edge cases and potential failures.Fix bugs reported by the product and QA teams.Ensure that new features do not break existing functionality.Participate in product testing and release validation.10. Deployment & DevOpsDeploy applications to production and staging environments.Work with cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines.Set up and maintain CI/CD processes.Monitor application health and performance.Manage application logs and error monitoring.Troubleshoot production issues quickly.Maintain development, staging, and production environments.11. Performance & ScalabilityOptimize application performance.Identify bottlenecks in frontend, backend, database, and APIs.Build systems capable of supporting increasing numbers of projects and users.Design architecture with scalability in mind.Ensure the platform remains reliable as Brikito grows.12. Collaboration With Product & FoundersWork directly with the founders and product team.Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Participate in product planning and technical discussions.Identify technical limitations early.Suggest better technical approaches where appropriate.Help determine feasibility, development effort, and priorities.13.
