Location: Mumbai / HybridExperience: Minimum 2 yearsEmployment: Full-timeAbout Mask TVMask TV is an Indian OTT platform focused on family-friendly entertainment, available across Android, iOS, Smart TVs and connected-TV platforms.We are expanding our technology team and looking for a Full Stack Developer who can work across our backend, APIs, databases and web systems and take ownership of building and improving the technology behind our products.What you'll work onDevelop and maintain backend services and APIs for Mask TV and RushPlayBuild scalable and secure REST APIsWork with databases, authentication, subscriptions and user managementIntegrate payment gateways and third-party servicesBuild and maintain admin panels and internal toolsWork closely with our Flutter developers to support mobile and OTT applicationsDesign and implement new product features from backend to frontendOptimize API performance and database queriesDebug production issues and deploy fixesWork with our DevOps team on deployments and infrastructureBuild systems that can scale as our user base and content library growRequirements2–5 years of professional full-stack development experienceStrong backend development skillsStrong understanding of REST APIs, databases and system architectureExperience with Node.js / Python / PHP / Java / similar backend technologiesExperience with SQL and/or NoSQL databasesExperience with React.js / Next.js or another modern frontend frameworkGood understanding of authentication, APIs, security and data managementExperience with Git and modern development workflowsExperience integrating third-party APIs and servicesAbility to independently take a feature from idea → development → testing → productionGreat if you haveExperience building OTT / streaming / media platformsExperience with subscription and payment systemsExperience with AWSExperience with Redis, queues and cachingExperience with DockerExperience with high-traffic consumer applicationsExperience with video/content management systemsExperience working alongside Flutter/mobile development teamsWhat we're looking forWe're not looking for someone who only writes code based on tickets.We want a developer who can understand the product, think about scalability and solve problems independently.You'll work closely with the founders, product, Flutter and DevOps teams and have significant ownership over the technology powering Mask TV and RushPlay.
