Company: PsyberNova Solutions Private LimitedLocation: (On-site)Experience: 1.5-3 YearsEmployment Type: Full-timeSalary: 3.5 to 4.5 LacsAbout the RoleWe are looking for a passionate Full Stack Developer who can own features end-to-end—from database design and REST APIs modern React-based web applications. You will leverage AI coding tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, OpenAI Codex, Cursor, and Gemini to accelerate development while maintaining high engineering standards.Key Responsibilities·      Design, develop, and deploy full-stack web applications.·      Build scalable RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.·      Develop responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React.js.·      Use AI coding assistants (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Codex, Cursor, Gemini, etc.) to write, debug, optimise, and ship production-quality code.·      Review and validate AI-generated code.·      Design, optimise, and maintain MySQL and PostgreSQL databases.·      Deploy, manage, monitor, and troubleshoot applications on Microsoft Azure.·      Configure and maintain Docker-based deployments and CI/CD pipelines.·      Participate in architecture discussions and code reviews.·      Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.Required Skills & Experience·      3–5 years of hands-on Full Stack Web Development experience.·      Strong expertise in React.js, Node.js, and Express.js.·      Experience designing and building RESTful APIs.·      Strong knowledge of MySQL and PostgreSQL, including schema design, indexing, complex queries, and performance optimisation.·      Experience building fully responsive web applications.·      Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (App Services, Virtual Machines, AKS, Azure Container Apps, Storage, Networking, Monitoring).·      Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.·      Proficiency with AI coding tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, OpenAI Codex, Cursor, Gemini).·      Strong understanding of Git and modern software engineering best practices.Nice to Have·      Experience with React Native, Flutter, or another cross-platform mobile framework.·      Experience building Android and iOS applications.·      Experience with vector databases such as pgvector, Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate, or Chroma.·      Experience integrating LLMs into production applications.·      Knowledge of authentication, security, and data privacy best practices.What We Offer·      Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI-powered products.·      A fast-moving engineering team where your work has direct impact.·      Ownership of production features and cloud infrastructure.·      Opportunities to grow across the full technology stack.·      Competitive salary based on experience and skills.
