Experience: 3–4 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Work Mode: Work from Office About the RoleMFA Technologies LLP is looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with 3–4 years of hands-on software development experience to build, enhance, and maintain scalable web applications.The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across both frontend and backend development, have strong programming fundamentals, and be able to independently understand requirements, develop features, troubleshoot issues, and deliver production-ready code.We are looking for someone with good logical thinking, problem-solving ability, and ownership of development tasks. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications.Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks.Build and maintain backend services, business logic, and REST APIs.Work with relational and/or NoSQL databases for application development.Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and third-party services.Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-structured code.Debug and troubleshoot application, performance, and production issues.Participate in code reviews and follow established development and coding standards.Write appropriate unit/integration tests and ensure quality before releases.Work with Git-based version control and CI/CD development workflows.Collaborate with UI/UX, Product, QA, and other developers to deliver features end to end.Participate in Agile/Scrum activities including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.Understand technical requirements and contribute to application architecture and design discussions.Take ownership of assigned modules/features from development through deployment and support.Required Skills & Experience3–4 years of professional Full Stack Development experience.Strong knowledge of JavaScript and/or TypeScript.Hands-on frontend development experience with React.js / Next.js or similar modern frameworks.Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and frontend fundamentals.Hands-on backend development experience with Node.js / Express.js or similar backend technologies.Experience developing and integrating REST APIs.Working knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL or MongoDB.Good understanding of authentication, authorization, API security, and application security fundamentals.Experience with Git/version control and modern development workflows.Understanding of deployment processes and CI/CD.Basic working knowledge of cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred.Strong debugging, analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.Ability to independently understand requirements and take ownership of development tasks.Preferred SkillsExperience with Next.js and TypeScript.Familiarity with Docker/containerization.Exposure to cloud-based application deployments.Experience working in Agile/Scrum development teams.Understanding of application performance and security best practices.Experience working in a startup or fast-paced development environment. What We Are Looking ForBeyond familiarity with frameworks, we are looking for a developer with strong programming fundamentals and logical thinking.The candidate should be able to understand a requirement, break it into technical components, write clean and efficient code, troubleshoot problems independently, and take responsibility for delivering working software. Contact US:hemangini@meridianfirstanalytics.com
