Team members have the opportunity to work on impactful technology that directly improves how individuals and businesses handle property transactions across Kerala.Role Description The Full Stack Engineer will work full time on-site at AcreAce’s Kochi office, contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of end-to-end web applications that power the platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing front-end user interfaces, building and optimizing back-end services and APIs, integrating AI-driven features, and ensuring performant, secure, and scalable solutions. The role involves collaborating with product, design, and data teams to translate business and user requirements into robust technical implementations, as well as troubleshooting, debugging, and improving existing systems. The engineer will participate in code reviews, follow best practices, and help enhance the overall development workflow.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Back-End Web Development skills, including experience with server-side frameworks and API design.Candidates should possess solid Front-End Development skills, including proficiency in Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and modern JavaScript frameworks.Candidates should possess comprehensive Software Development and Full-Stack Development skills, covering architecture, implementation, testing, and deployment.Candidates should possess familiarity with databases, version control systems (e.g., Git), and RESTful or GraphQL services.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Experience building scalable web applications, optimizing performance, and implementing secure coding practices.Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team, communicate clearly, and take ownership of deliverables.Exposure to AI-driven products, real estate technology, or property-related platforms is an advantage.
