You will design, deploy, tune and operate a self-managed streaming platform on dedicated bare-metal infrastructure. What you will actually work onReal-time bidding auction path — Open RTB request handling, DSP fan-out, bid response processing at thousands of requests per secondA pricing engine that resolves supply floors, dynamic markup tiers, demand partner fees and publisher economics on every auctionReporting infrastructure spanning Kafka, Redis rollups, MongoDB event ledgers and ClickHouseReact dashboards that people actually use to run a business — not internal tools nobody opens Our stackPython · FastAPI · MongoDB · Kafka · Redis · React 19 · Docker · AWS and bare metal · Prometheus and Grafana What we are looking for1–4 years building production software, with AdTech experience — SSP, DSP, ad server, ad exchange, or an adjacent programmatic roleComfortable across backend and frontend. Not equally expert in both, but genuinely willing in bothYou understand what a bid request is, why latency budgets matter, and what happens when a DSP does not respond in timePython and React exposure. If you have written async Python, that helpsYou debug from evidence rather than intuition. When you are wrong you say so and move onNice to haveOpenRTB spec familiarity · CTV or video advertising · TV Streaming platform experience · High-throughput or low-latency systems · Redis or ClickHouse in production · Kubernetes or Docker Compose at scale Why this role is worth your timeYou will work directly with the engineering leadership on decisions that matter, not through three layers of process. The team is small and being built deliberately. Every person hired now shapes how the platform is built. The problems are genuinely interesting — we are figuring out how to move a Python auction engine from thousands to hundreds of thousands of requests per second and the answers are not in a blog post. Location: Pune office, on-site. We work together in office because that is how this kind of engineering gets done. Interested? Send your CV and one paragraph on the most interesting production bug you have debugged.
