Full-Stack Software Engineer — Operations Platform (Immediate Start) 📍 Riyadh, Saudi Arabia · Full-time · In-house Building a large-scale training operations for government and education clients — currently a 300+ school program spanning four regions with daily field checklists, attendance tracking, and course-level reporting. We need one engineer to build the internal platform that runs this operation: readiness tracking, attendance data, and a live dashboard our coordinators and management use every day.This is not a “nice to have” tool — the program launches soon, and the platform needs to be live in under three weeks. We're hiring one person to own this, not a vendor or an agency. You'll work directly with our operations and finance teams, not through a project manager layer.What you'll build (v1, ~3 weeks)A course/attendance data model based on a fixed coding scheme (e.g. course–section–day identifiers) feeding a live dashboardDigital versions of our field readiness checklists (mobile-friendly — coordinators fill these from school sites, sometimes on patchy connections)Daily data closing and escalation flags (readiness gaps, missing sign-offs) surfaced to regional supervisors automaticallyBasic reporting views for management and for the clientWhat we expect honestlyThree weeks builds a working MVP. We need someone comfortable shipping a lean, real version fast, then hardening it while it's already in use — not someone who wants to spend week one on architecture diagrams.
