As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a passionate Full Stack Engineer to join our engineering team and help build secure, scalable, and high-performance applications.Key Responsibilities* Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications.* Build secure, high-performance backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js and NestJS.* Develop responsive, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces using React.js.* Design and optimize database solutions using PostgreSQL and MongoDB.* Build and maintain real-time features using WebSockets.* Integrate third-party APIs, cloud services, and external platforms.* Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.* Optimize applications for performance, scalability, reliability, and security.* Participate in architecture discussions, sprint planning, code reviews, and technical decision-making.* Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve system performance.* Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality software.Required Skills* 3–4 years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.* Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.* Hands-on experience with React.js.* Strong backend development experience using Node.js and NestJS.* Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.* Strong understanding of MongoDB and PostgreSQL.* Experience with Git and collaborative Git workflows.* Familiarity with AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).* Strong understanding of software architecture, design principles, and scalable backend systems.* Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.* Strong communication and collaboration abilities.Preferred Skills* Experience with Prisma ORM.* Familiarity with Swagger/OpenAPI.* Experience developing real-time applications using WebSockets.* Knowledge of Docker and containerized deployments.* Experience with CI/CD pipelines.* Understanding of Redis, caching strategies, and background job processing.* Experience working with Microservices Architecture.* Knowledge of JWT, OAuth, and modern authentication mechanisms.* Experience integrating AI services is a plus.Tech Stack1.
