This is a varied role where you'll work across software development, cloud technologies, data engineering and integrations, supporting existing platforms whilst delivering new technical solutions that have a real impact on the wider business.In this role you'll develop and improve internal applications, APIs and data pipelines, troubleshoot production issues and enhance the reliability of business-critical systems. You'll also work closely with senior stakeholders to understand business requirements, delivering scalable technical solutions across web platforms, ERP integrations and cloud infrastructure whilst contributing to engineering standards and continuous improvement.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business where you'll remain hands-on with modern technologies whilst playing a key role in shaping the future of its internal systems, automation capabilities and AI-enabled workflows.The Role:* Develop, improve and support internal applications, APIs and business-critical systems* Build and enhance data pipelines, cloud platforms and systems integrations* Troubleshoot production issues and improve the reliability and performance of existing solutions* Deliver automation and AI-driven improvements to streamline business processes* Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutionsThe Person:* Strong experience across Python, SQL/data pipelines, APIs/integrations, cloud and full-stack development* Able to evidence sound technical judgement, stakeholder communication and ownership of live systems* Currently at an individual-contributor level - hands-on technically, but also able to independently own complex problems from requirements through to implementation, production support and continuous improvement.
