Full Stack Engineer

About the RoleThe Senior Full Stack Developer will be responsible for the full lifecycle of features, from technical design and architecture through implementation, testing, and deployment. The role requires a deep understanding of scalable web architecture, security, and performance best practices, as well as strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the full lifecycle of features — from technical design and architecture through implementation, testing, and deploymentWrite high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code across the frontend and backendDesign and implement APIs and services using Node.js, and build interactive UIs using ReactModel and manage data across relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) storesBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines and manage deployments on AWSParticipate actively in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical decision-makingMentor junior and mid-level developers through code reviews, pairing, and technical guidanceIdentify technical risks early and proactively propose solutions or trade-offs to stakeholdersChampion engineering best practices including testing, observability, security, and performanceCollaborate closely with product, design, and other engineering teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutionsRequirements8 - 10years of hands-on full stack development experience, with a track record of owning features end-to-endStrong hands-on expertise in Node.js and ReactSolid experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB, including schema design and query optimizationExperience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and deploying on AWSDeep understanding of fundamental computer science and software engineering concepts — data structures, algorithms, system design, and design patternsDemonstrated experience mentoring junior developers or acting as a technical point of contact for a teamStrong understanding of scalable web architecture, security, and performance best practicesExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as an individual contributorStrong communication skills, with the ability to work across product, design, and engineering stakeholders
