About the Job Location: Rajkot, GujaratExperience: 2–4 yearsType: Full-timeCompany: Untie-it TechnologiesAbout the RoleWe're hiring a hands-on Full Stack Developer to take ownership of production applications and features across the frontend and backend. Your primary backend language can be Python or Node.js — we care about engineering depth, not which syntax you think in.This is a high-ownership seat: you'll build user-facing products, design APIs, work with databases, make architecture decisions, integrate AI/LLMs into real products, and work closely with the development team and stakeholders. You'll be involved across the stack, from frontend experiences to backend systems and deployment.We're looking for someone who understands both frontend and backend engineering beneath the framework, has built and scaled real applications, understands cloud infrastructure, and treats AI/LLMs as an engineering discipline — evaluations, structured outputs, cost control — rather than magic.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Full Stack Developer at Untie-it, you will:Own features end-to-end: understand requirements, design, build, test, deploy, monitor, and improve.Build responsive and reliable frontend applications with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks such as React.Design and maintain backend APIs and services using Python or Node.js.Work with databases and data models, ensuring performance, reliability, and maintainability as applications grow.Build and integrate LLM-powered features: prompt/output contracts, evaluation sets, accuracy improvement, and API cost tracking.Make practical architecture and technology decisions across the frontend and backend.Work with cloud infrastructure and deployment workflows, primarily on AWS.Write clean, maintainable, secure, and production-ready code across the stack.Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, debugging, and mentoring within the development team.Communicate directly with stakeholders to understand requirements, provide estimates, discuss trade-offs, and deliver solutions.Run structured R&D when evaluating new technologies, tools, or approaches, using clear criteria and real-world results.What We Need From You2+ years of hands-on Full Stack Development experience working on real production applications.Strong backend development experience in Python or Node.js.Framework experience such as Django/FastAPI or Express/NestJS.Strong frontend development experience with React and JavaScript/TypeScript.Production API experience — design, versioning, security, integration, and debugging.Solid understanding of databases, data modelling, queries, and performance optimization.Experience building responsive, user-friendly, and maintainable web applications.Understanding of authentication, authorization, security, and common web application practices.Experience with Git, code reviews, debugging, and collaborative development workflows.AWS fundamentals and experience working with cloud-based applications and deployments.Experience integrating third-party APIs and services into production applications.LLM/AI application experience is highly valuable — structured outputs, handling non-determinism, rate limits, evaluations, and API cost awareness.AI-assisted development maturity — you use modern coding tools effectively and can explain and take ownership of the code you merge.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take ownership of a feature from requirement to production.Nice to HaveExperience with both Python and Node.js.Experience with AWS services such as Lambda, SQS/SNS/EventBridge, S3, and IAM.Azure Cloud experience.Vector search experience.GraphQL in production.Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.Experience with AI/LLM-powered applications.Experience with SaaS or enterprise product development.UI/UX understanding and familiarity with Figma.Why This RoleGenuine ownership of production applications and features across the full stack.Direct exposure to real product and business decisions.Opportunity to work across frontend, backend, cloud, AI, and automation.Real engineering problems with performance, scalability, reliability, and product constraints.Small team, no unnecessary bureaucracy, and your work directly ships to production.What You'll Gain at Untie-itThe opportunity to build solutions for challenging and impactful problems.End-to-end ownership of your projects and features.Hands-on experience across modern full stack, cloud, AI, and automation technologies.A competitive salary and flexible work schedule that respects your work-life balance.Regular social and team-building events, both monthly and quarterly.The chance to grow your career while making a meaningful impact in a dynamic startup environment.How to ApplyInterested candidates can apply by:Sending their resume to hello@untie-it.com
