You'll build backend systems and APIs, develop customer-facing interfaces, integrate AI capabilities, and work directly with customers to deploy and improve solutions.Qualifications1+ years of professional software engineering experience shipping production-grade code.Strong backend engineering experience, particularly with Python, APIs, and databases.Experience at a VC-backed startup, founding team, or established technology company with a high engineering bar.CS or technical STEM degree from a top program.Experience with AI/ML in production, LLMs, RAG, function calling, or multimodal AI—is a plus.Frontend experience with React and cloud/infrastructure experience are valued.Comfortable working in an intense, fast-paced environment with high ownership.Pay range and compensation packageCompensation: $165K–$250K Base + Competitive, Top-of-Market EquityLocation: San Francisco, CAWork Model: Monday–Friday OnsiteVisa: OPT and H-1B transfers supported.
