This position offers immense growth potential within a thriving startup environment, allowing you to influence the future of healthcare technology.ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement end-to-end solutions for applications to improve hearing care.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.Maintain and enhance existing software, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.Ensure the security and integrity of the applications and data.Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment.Research and integrate new technologies to enhance product functionality.RequirementsProficiency in Java for building back-end services and applications.Experience with React for creating interactive user interfaces.Demonstrated contributions to open-source projects in a relevant tech space.Prior experience working in a startup environment, showcasing adaptability.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.Someone can join immediatly or within 15 days.Someone from good intitutes like IIT OR NIT OR other premium institutes.Nice to Have+Familiarity with cloud technologies and services.+Experience with Agile development methodologies.+Knowledge of database management systems and SQL.
