Full Stack Engineer

Working Days: Monday to FridayWorking Hours: UAE Time ZoneExperience Level: 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience (assumed benchmark - please confirm)Role Purpose:The Full Stack Developer is responsible for designing, developing and testing applications end-to-end - across backend services built on Microsoft .NET technologies and frontend/mobile experiences built with React - based on defined user and business requirements.This role combines strong backend engineering fundamentals with modern frontend and mobile development, and plays a key part in building secure, scalable and high-performing digital healthcare solutions.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop and test applications end-to-end based on user requirements, across both backend and frontend layers.Implement RESTful APIs and ensure seamless integration with internal services and third-party systems.Design and implement secure APIs (REST/SOAP) and manage them using API Gateway / API Management tools.Implement and manage OAuth 2.0-based authentication and authorization flows, including JWT-based security.Design and develop microservices architecture, applying best practices for scalability, resilience and performance.Work with SQL Server databases, writing efficient SQL queries and performing sound data modeling.Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure code quality, reliability and maintainability.Identify and remediate security vulnerabilities and risks through code reviews and threat modeling, applying OWASP standards.Troubleshoot issues across the full technology stack - frontend, backend, APIs and integrations - and provide timely resolutions.Collaborate with product, QA and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality, well-tested releases.Required Technical Skills:Backend:Microsoft .NET, .NET Core, .NET MVCFrontend & Mobile:React JS and React NativeArchitecture:Microservices architectureDomain-Driven ArchitectureAPIs & Integration:API Management, API GatewayRESTful and SOAP API design and securityMessage QueuesData:SQL Server, SQL, data modelingSecurity:OAuth 2.0 and JWT-based authentication and authorizationApplication and API security, including OWASP best practicesPreferred / Nice-to-Have:Experience with Redis and Redis Cache.Experience with Microsoft Azure.Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps.Prior experience in the Healthcare domain.Qualifications & Competencies:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.Proficiency in programming languages such as Microsoft .NET, .NET Core, .NET MVC and JavaScript.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Fluency in English required.
