Full Stack DevelopmentIndustry: Advertising & Digital Marketing AgencyLocation: Gurgaon (On-site)Employment Type: Full-timeExperience: 10 yearsSalary: Up to 70K per monthAbout the RoleFull Stack DevelopmentDesign, develop, and maintain websites and web applications.Work on both Frontend and Backend development.Work with technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js, PHP, Laravel, Shoppify, React or similar technologies.Develop and manage databases and APIs.Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, CRM systems, and other business tools.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.Optimize website performance, speed, security, and scalability.Technology LeadershipLead and manage all technology-related projects.Understand business and client requirements and convert them into technical solutions.Guide and coordinate with developers, designers, SEO specialists, and external technology partners.Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects.Identify opportunities for automation and technology improvements.Stay updated with new technologies, AI tools, and development trends.SEO & Organic GrowthDevelop and implement On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO strategies.Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.Optimize websites, landing pages, blogs, and other digital content for search engines.Conduct regular technical SEO audits and resolve website issues.Improve website speed, mobile usability, indexing, and Core Web Vitals.Ensure all development work follows SEO best practices.Client Management & CommunicationAct as a client-facing technology and SEO expert.Attend client meetings and understand technical and business requirements.Communicate technical solutions clearly and professionally to clients.Present project updates, technical recommendations, and SEO performance.Handle client queries and provide timely solutions.Team & Project ManagementCoordinate with developers, designers, SEO specialists, and other team members.Assign and review technical tasks where required.Monitor project timelines and ensure timely delivery.Maintain high standards of quality across all projects.Identify project risks and proactively provide solutions.Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 10+ years of experience in Full Stack Development and Technology.Strong experience in both Frontend and Backend Development.Proficiency in technologies such as:HTML, CSS, JavaScriptReact.js / Next.js or similar frontend frameworksNode.js / PHP / Python or similar backend technologiesMySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or other databasesCMS like shopify, Wordpress & laravelStrong understanding of APIs and third-party integrations.
