Location: Bengaluru — On-site Experience: 1–3 years Employment Type: Full-timeJoining : Immediate Joiners are Preferred About the RoleVenttup is building an AI-powered platform to streamline manufacturing partner onboarding and strategic sourcing. The platform will manage partner and vendor profiles, documentation, approvals, commercial terms, sourcing activities, and the workflows connecting them.The first version will support Venttup’s internal operations, with the potential to evolve into a scalable product for the wider manufacturing ecosystem.We are looking for a hands-on Full-Stack Developer who can design, build, deploy, and continuously improve the platform end to end. You will work closely with the founders and business teams to translate real operational challenges into practical technology solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign a scalable data model covering manufacturing partners, sourcing vendors, contacts, documents, capabilities, approval stages, commercial terms, and related workflows.Build complete features across the frontend, backend, database, and cloud infrastructure.Develop intuitive dashboards and workflows for partner onboarding, document management, approvals, sourcing, and vendor evaluation.Build AI-enabled features for supplier discovery, vendor matching, data extraction, classification, and sourcing recommendations.Design and maintain APIs, database migrations, indexes, access controls, and optimized queries.Deploy and manage the production system using AWS, Azure, or GCP.Set up Docker-based environments, CI/CD pipelines, secrets management, monitoring, logging, and backups.Integrate the platform with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, document storage, e-signature, email, and accounting or ERP systems.Ensure data security, system reliability, scalability, and cost-efficient infrastructure.Work closely with internal users, understand existing processes, challenge assumptions, and support successful adoption of the platform.Take ownership of troubleshooting, improvements, and ongoing product development.Technical SkillsWe are flexible about the technology stack, but you should have strong practical experience in at least one modern combination, such as:Frontend: React, Next.js, or an equivalent frameworkBackend: Node.js, Python with Django/FastAPI, Java with Spring Boot, or .NETDatabase: PostgreSQL, MySQL, or an equivalent relational databaseCloud: AWS, Azure, or GCPDevOps: Docker, CI/CD, deployment environments, monitoring, and loggingCore skills: REST APIs, SQL, schema design, migrations, indexing, query optimization, authentication, and role-based access controlExperience with AI/LLM APIs, workflow automation, OCR, document intelligence, vector databases, or supplier-matching systems will be an advantage.What We Expect1–3 years of hands-on full-stack development experienceStrong understanding of database and system designAbility to independently deliver complete, production-ready featuresPractical experience deploying and maintaining cloud-based applicationsStrong problem-solving skills and a product-oriented mindsetAbility to work directly with founders and cross-functional business teamsConfidence to question requirements and recommend better solutions with clear reasoningExperience using AI-assisted coding tools responsibly, including reviewing, testing, and understanding generated codeAbility to explain how the system works and justify key technical decisions.Why Join Venttup?Build an AI-powered platform from the ground upTake end-to-end ownership of a high-impact productWork directly with the founders and manufacturing domain expertsSolve real-world sourcing, localisation, and supply-chain challengesGrow with a fast-expanding manufacturing technology startupInterested candidates may apply through LinkedIn or share their profiles at [connect@venttup.com]
