The first dedicated product marketer joins the founding team to define positioning, drive launches, and build the messaging engine that turns product velocity into market traction.If above resonates with you, we will love to have a discussion with you.Role: Lead Full Stack EngineerLocation: Noida (WFO) / 5 days (Hybrid can be considered)About the Role: We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Engineer who thrives on building products from the ground up and continuously shipping new features. This role is backend-heavy, requiring deep expertise in Node.js and distributed system design, while also contributing across the stack.You will architect, build, and scale core platform capabilities while staying deeply hands-on. You’ll shape system design, raise the engineering bar, and mentor developers - all while consistently delivering high-quality, production-ready features.What will you get to do?Design, build, and continuously ship product features across the stack with a strong backend focus.Architect scalable backend systems, RESTful APIs, and microservices using Node.js, Express.js, and NestJSLead system design and architectural decisions for complex modules- including database modeling and third-party service integrationsStrong expertise in modern frontend technologies, including JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js/Next.js, with hands-on experience in building scalable, high-performance user interfaces.Champion engineering excellence through rigorous code reviews, technical mentorship, and continuous system optimizationCollaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and infrastructure teams to drive end-to-end feature ownershipSkills & Qualifications:8+ years building production-grade applications with deep expertise in Node.js and backend systemsProven track record designing scalable architectures, distributed systems, and high-performance APIsStrong hands-on experience with PostgreSQL- schema design, query optimization, and indexing strategiesExperience with cloud environments (AWS or Azure) and CI/CD-driven development workflowsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (Master’s is a plus)Hiring Process: 3-4 rounds of interviews with Function, HR & Senior leaders.
