About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Product Engineer to support the modernization of the Corporate Event Reporting System (CERS), a critical enterprise platform undergoing transformation from legacy technologies to modern, cloud-ready solutions.As a Full Stack Product Engineer supporting the modernization of CERS, you will work within an Agile squad to analyze legacy capabilities, refine requirements with business and product partners, and design, develop, test, and deploy modern web applications, APIs, and integrations. Daily responsibilities include using AI-assisted development tools to accelerate analysis, coding, testing, documentation, and solution design; collaborating with architects, product owners, UX designers, and fellow engineers; troubleshooting production issues; performing root cause analysis; managing technical debt; and ensuring solutions meet security, performance, scalability, and reliability standards. The role also involves evaluating emerging technologies, prototyping innovative approaches, and helping transform complex legacy workflows into maintainable, cloud-ready solutions that deliver business value.This role is ideal for an engineer who combines strong full stack development expertise with AI-native engineering practices. You will help modernize legacy applications, accelerate delivery through AI-assisted development, and build scalable solutions that support the future state of the platform.
