Full Stack Engineer

Role Summary This full-time Full Stack Engineer role is a hybrid position based in Kochi. The Full Stack Engineer will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications across front-end and back-end layers, collaborating with product and design teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. Responsibilities include implementing responsive user interfaces, building and optimizing APIs and services, ensuring code quality through reviews and testing, and maintaining documentation for features and systems. The role also involves troubleshooting production issues, improving performance and security, and contributing to continuous integration and deployment workflows. The engineer will participate in agile ceremonies, provide technical input on architecture, and support ongoing enhancements to existing platforms. Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications supporting AI and digital transformation platforms. Own features end-to-end - from front-end UI to back-end services and database design - working closely with AI Engineering and Platform teams to deliver production-grade internal and customer-facing tools.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and build responsive front-end applications and reusable UI componentsDevelop and maintain back-end services, APIs, and integrations with AI/ML models and enterprise systemsDesign and optimize relational/NoSQL database schemasIntegrate applications with LLM-based services and platform APIs built by the AI Engineering teamWrite unit and integration tests; participate in code reviewsDeploy and support applications in cloud environments (CI/CD pipelines)Troubleshoot performance, scalability, and security issues in productionCollaborate with Platform Engineer and QA Automation Engineer on release readinessRequired Skills & Experience6-8 years of full stack development experienceStrong proficiency in a modern JavaScript/TypeScript framework (React, Angular, or Vue) for front-endStrong back-end experience in Node.js, .NET, Java, or PythonExperience with REST/GraphQL API design and integrationSolid SQL and relational database experience (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or similar)Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and containerization (Docker)Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelinesPreferredExperience integrating with AI/LLM APIs or AI-powered featuresExperience with Azure DevOps or similar enterprise delivery toolingExposure to Salesforce, Dynamics 365, or ERP system integrationsEducationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
