Full Stack Engineer

Our client is looking for a Full-Stack Developer, who is proficient in .NET & React.js. Our client is a market-leading, cloud-based CX benchmarking and operational improvement platform. This role is Hybrid, based out of Gurgaon (India).Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, enhance, and maintain web applications using React.js, C#, and .NET 8.Build and maintain RESTful APIs and services to support front-end applications and system integrations.Develop responsive UI components using React, TypeScript, and React Hooks, including useState and useContext.Collaborate with UX/UI designers and senior engineers to implement engaging, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces.Follow established coding standards, security practices, and application architecture patterns to deliver reliable and maintainable solutions.Participate in CI/CD processes and support application builds and deployments.Write and maintain unit, integration, and automated tests for front-end and back-end components.Troubleshoot application issues, identify root causes, and implement fixes with guidance as needed.Collaborate in an Agile environment with cross-functional teams, including Product, QA, DevOps, and other engineering teams.Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement activities.Stay current with relevant technologies and apply new practices where appropriate.Knowledge of Spec Driven Development and Agentic development using tools like Codex, Claude Code or GitHub Copilot.Required Qualifications & SkillsEducationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Experience3+ years of software development experience, including hands-on experience developing applications using C#/.NET and React.js/TypeScript.Practical experience developing both front-end and back-end components of web applications.Technical SkillsExperience with .NET 8 Web API and C#, including middleware, dependency injection, and Entity Framework Core.Experience with React.js and TypeScript, including functional components, Hooks, Context API, and component lifecycle concepts.Experience with front-end state management using React Hooks.Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs.Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.Familiarity with at least one cloud platform such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.Familiarity with Docker and containerized application development; exposure to Kubernetes is a plus.Experience with Git-based version control, such as GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.Understanding of unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and software development best practices.Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and development pipelines.Good problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
