• AI📍 Abu Dhabi ⏳ 12-month initial contract - with extensionsI'm looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer to join a technology team building modern, production-grade applications with React, Python and Generative AI at their core.This is a genuinely hands-on engineering role for someone who enjoys working across the stack – building polished frontend experiences, designing robust backend services and APIs, and developing applications that integrate LLMs, tools and AI agents.You won’t simply be maintaining existing applications. You’ll be helping shape and build new digital products where traditional software engineering meets the rapidly evolving world of LLM-powered applications and agentic AI.What You’ll Be DoingDesign and develop production-grade full-stack applications using React.js and PythonBuild modern, responsive frontend applications with ReactDevelop scalable backend services using Python and FastAPIDesign and build robust REST APIs, including authentication and API versioningBuild applications incorporating Large Language Models (LLMs)Develop and implement prompting, tool-use and agent-based application patternsIntegrate AI capabilities into real-world products and workflowsWork across the full software development lifecycle, from design and architecture through to productionCollaborate with product, engineering and other technical stakeholders to turn requirements into scalable solutionsMaintain strong engineering standards around performance, reliability and maintainabilityWhat We’re Looking For6+ years of full-stack development experienceStrong, production-level React.js experienceStrong backend development experience with PythonHands-on experience with FastAPIStrong API development experience, particularly REST API designGood understanding of authentication and API versioningPractical experience building applications using LLMsUnderstanding of modern LLM application patterns including prompts, tools and agentsComfortable owning features across both frontend and backend developmentStrong software engineering fundamentals and a product-focused mindsetCore TechnologyFrontend: React.jsBackend: Python, FastAPIAPIs: REST, Authentication, API VersioningAI / LLM: Large Language Models, Prompt Engineering, Tool Use, AI AgentsWhy This Role?This is a great opportunity for an experienced full-stack engineer who wants to move beyond traditional web development and work on products where AI is an integral part of the application architecture.
