We're backed, growing hard, and about to go a lot further.About the RoleNow they need a full-stack engineer who wants to build real, production-grade AI — not tinker with a demo — and see it used by clinicians the same day it ships.ResponsibilitiesShip features end to end — no waiting around for a perfect specBuild and maintain integrations with practice management systemsGet hands-on with real-time audio and voice systemsBuild with LLMs in production and hold the bar on output qualityWork shoulder-to-shoulder with product, clinical, and data science people to turn real problems into shipped softwareTheir stack: TypeScript end to end — React, Node (NestJS), PostgreSQL.QualificationsYou'll need a CS degree (or related) and full working rights in Australia.Required SkillsStartup or scale-up scars — you're comfortable with ambiguity, own problems outright, and would rather ship and iterate than wait for permissionReal, hands-on experience building products on top of LLMsA track record of shipping production-grade web apps across the whole stackStrong JavaScript/TypeScript, solid React (or equivalent), and experience building secure, scalable Node APIs — NestJS a bonusSharp fundamentals: relational databases, API design, testingThe ability to sit with clinicians and product people and turn what they need into what you buildYou already use AI tools daily in your own engineering work, and know exactly where they help — and where they don'tPreferred SkillsNice to have: cloud platform experience; healthcare or other regulated-industry background.Pay range and compensation packageFull-Stack Software Engineer — AI Health Tech | Sydney | $150k + superIf you want to build AI that actually earns its keep in a clinical setting — not just impresses in a demo — this is that role.
