About VoiceERP:VoiceERP builds software that helps delivery companies manage their drivers and daily operations. Our platform, Viki, combines voice AI with web and mobile apps to handle scheduling, driver communication and routine tasks like confirming attendance and arranging shift coverage.We’re hiring a Full-stack Engineer to help build and improve the platform, from tools that let managers track drivers’ progress to apps drivers use to view schedules and swap shifts. You’ll work on software that people rely on to run their businesses every day.What you'll get your hands on: As a Full-stack Engineer, you’ll help decide how the product works and take features from an early idea into production. You’ll work across the system and have a real say in the technical decisions along the way. Expect fast feedback and plenty of problems that don’t arrive with a perfectly written spec.Build across our web and mobile apps, backend services and cloud infrastructure, depending on what the product needs.Own features from understanding the problem and designing a solution through implementation, testing, release and ongoing improvements.Help shape our architecture and choose practical tools and patterns that let us ship quickly and keep the system maintainable as it grows.Follow problems across the stack. Debug issues, improve performance and reliability, and make the whole experience work better for our customers.Help shape the product and the business. Familiarity with any of them is helpful, but experience with our exact stack isn’t required.
