Applicants joining APTWatch will contribute to tools that directly impact how enterprises modernize and compete in rapidly evolving markets.Role Description This full-time remote Full Stack Engineer role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end web applications that power APTWatch’s intelligent software solutions. Day-to-day tasks include implementing front-end user interfaces, building and optimizing back-end services and APIs, integrating AI-driven features, and ensuring secure, scalable, and maintainable code across the stack. The engineer will collaborate with product managers, designers, and data/ML engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions, participate in code reviews, write automated tests, and help improve development workflows and deployment pipelines. The role also involves monitoring application performance, troubleshooting issues, and continuously enhancing user experience and system reliability.Qualifications Strong Full-Stack Development and Software Development skills, with experience building production-grade web applications.Proficiency in Front-End Development, including modern JavaScript frameworks and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for responsive, accessible interfaces.Experience in Back-End Web Development, working with APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks.Knowledge of version control (e.g., Git), CI/CD practices, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).Ability to write clean, testable code and familiarity with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.Strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and experience collaborating in remote, cross-functional teams.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience; prior work with AI-driven or data-intensive applications is a plus.
