Senior Full Stack or Backend Developer (.NET & React)Perth, WA 6-12+ Months Contract Build software that runs real mining operations. See your work live on an open pit mine site.We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer or strong Backend Developer to help build and evolve a large scale software platform used in open pit mining operations.This is not internal tooling or maintenance work. You will be building new features in a modern, distributed system where the changes you make are deployed into live mine sites and used every day by operational teams.If you care about ownership, clean architecture, and seeing your work have real world impact, this role is worth a look.What you will be working onYou will join a cross functional product squad responsible for delivering new capabilities across a complex operational platform that supports fleet and equipment workflows in open pit mining.Your work will include:Designing and building backend services using C# and .NET in a microservices and event driven architectureBuilding modern React applications focused on clarity, performance, and usabilityOwning features end to end from design through to production deploymentWorking closely with domain experts to turn complex operational problems into reliable softwareContributing to architectural decisions, technical standards, and engineering best practiceImproving reliability, observability, and performance in a mission critical systemWhat we are looking forBackendStrong experience with C# and .NETExperience designing and building microservices and event driven systemsSolid SQL skills and experience with SQL ServerExperience with Entity Framework or similar ORMsComfortable owning APIs, service design, and data modelsFrontendStrong experience with ReactExperience using modern component libraries such as MUI, Mantine, or shadcnExperience with state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or MobXA focus on building maintainable and user friendly interfacesNice to have, not requiredDocker and Kubernetes exposureExperience integrating with native or performance critical systems such as C++Previous experience in mining or industrial softwareExperience working with open pit mining systemsWe are primarily looking for strong engineers. Mining experience is advantageous but not essential.
