Full-stack Engineer

We're partnering with a fast-growing, well-funded technology company that is building next-generation AI-powered software products used by enterprise customers across complex, data-intensive industries.They're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with a strong backend focus in Go, who enjoys working across the entire engineering stack; from scalable backend services and cloud infrastructure through to modern frontend applications and AI-enabled products.What You'll Be DoingDesigning and building scalable full-stack applications using Go and ReactDeveloping backend services, APIs, integrations, and data processing pipelinesIntegrating AI/ML capabilities, LLMs, and external platforms into production systemsBuilding and maintaining containerised workloads running in KubernetesCreating robust CI/CD pipelines and improving deployment automationContributing to architecture decisions, technical design, and engineering standardsMonitoring, troubleshooting, and optimising distributed systems in productionCollaborating closely with product and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutionsWhat We're Looking For5+ years' commercial experience building software with Go (Golang)Experience developing modern web applications across both backend and frontend environmentsStrong experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworksHands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerised applicationsExperience working with AWS or other major cloud platformsStrong understanding of relational and NoSQL databasesExperience designing and operating distributed systems in production environmentsExcellent communication skills and the ability to work across technical and non-technical teamsA pragmatic engineering mindset with a focus on quality, scalability, and deliveryNice To HaveTerraform and Infrastructure as Code experienceCI/CD tooling such as GitHub Actions, ArgoCD or similarExperience building AI-powered applications, agentic workflows, or automation platformsKnowledge of vector databases and semantic search technologiesExposure to Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and LLM integrationsNote: Must be based in Germany and have unrestricted right to work in Germany.
