Full Stack Engineer

Join our client's team as a Software Engineer to design, implement, and test features for a generative AI platform. Working closely with senior team members, you'll collaborate across Product and Data Science teams to bring AI capabilities to life and enable innovative customer use cases.About the RoleYou will be developing new features for an agentic AI platform that allows users to interact with AI to identify management concerns and suggest possible actions. This role involves collaborating with multiple teams within the organization, including Product and Data Science, who will provide a variety of management data including OKRs, product portfolios, and engineering work tickets.ResponsibilitiesBring AI to life in a variety of products by supporting teams with an exciting new agentic platformCollaborate with the Product team to enable AI-based customer use casesWork with other development teams as stakeholdersDevelop and deploy scalable services using a modern tech stackDesign and implement features for generative AI platform productsTest and validate features in collaboration with cross-functional teamsRequirements4+ years of professional software development experience with a proven ability to deliver3+ years of experience with Java and its idioms and design patterns1+ years of working experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP1+ years of working with React1+ years of working with Spring1+ years of working with relational databases1+ years of working with LLMs such as Claude SonnetExperience working in a DevOps environment where you build it, you support itStrong understanding and belief in modern coding and design principlesKnowledge of best practices in software design and agile development processesDegree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fieldNice to HavePractical experience with real-world applications of AI applied to software developmentExperience with data strategy
