This role involves enhancing existing platforms, migrating to AWS, and building robust, scalable solutions using modern Java ecosystem technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop efficient and effective software solutions using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and APIs.Enhance and maintain on-premise and internal PAAS applications, actively re-working them to AWS platforms.Design and implement serverless patterns from containerized applications, optimizing for performance and cost.Build industry-standard APIs, establishing, consuming, and routing calls with appropriate connectivity protocols.Lead code reviews, drive performance improvements, and resolve technical debt proactively.Ensure adherence to security standards and compliance with privacy regulations early in the development lifecycle.Actively engage in Agile software development activities, including sprint planning and retrospectives.Collaborate frequently with cross-functional teams, sharing ideas and clarifying understanding.Create usable documentation and playbooks for developed solutions.Provide 24/7 on-call support rotation for production systems and applications.Optimize project pace to meet critical deadlines and deliverables.Administer product upgrades and apply necessary patches effectively.Must-Have Qualifications7-14 years of total experience in Java Full Stack development.Minimum 7 years of experience in Java development.At least 3 years of hands-on experience with AWS services and AWS Microservices.Proficiency with JBOSS application server (3+ years experience).Demonstrated experience with AI/Kiro technologies (7+ years).Strong understanding and experience with Microservices architecture and Spring Boot.Familiarity with Adobe Analytics for enterprise applications.Nice to HaveExperience with other programming languages such as C# or Python.Exposure to .Net framework development.Prior experience implementing TDD/BDD and comprehensive test automation strategies.Ability to effectively analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.Behavioral CompetenciesStrong ownership mindset and accountability for deliverables.Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.Proactive problem-solving abilities and critical thinking.Commitment to continuous improvement and best practices in software craftsmanship.Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced Agile environment.Mentorship and willingness to support other team members.Why Join UsContribute to cutting-edge digital transformation projects across diverse industries.Work with advanced cloud technologies (AWS) and AI platforms within a microservices architecture.Join a global IT leader known for innovation and significant investment in new technologies.Opportunity for continuous learning and professional growth within a supportive Agile environment.Play a key role in migrating and enhancing critical applications, driving tangible impact.Be part of a collaborative culture that values software craftsmanship and technical excellence.
