Full Stack Engineer (Django & Vue)

Our solutions help Fortune 500 companies cut logistics costs by over 20% while reducing CO₂ emissions through smarter packing and freight utilization.We’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer to help us build and scale the web applications, APIs, and platform services behind our AI-driven logistics products.🚀 What You’ll DoAs Full Stack Engineer, you’ll work across our backend and frontend stack to build reliable, scalable, and user-friendly logistics software.You will:Build and maintain web applications and RESTful APIs using Python, Django, and Django REST Framework.Develop responsive, performant frontend components using Vue 3, TypeScript, Tailwind, and the Composition API.Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and data models using PostgreSQL.Use Redis for caching, pub/sub messaging, and task queue workflows.Integrate third-party services, APIs, and external customer platforms.Collaborate with designers, product, operations, and other engineers to ship features used by enterprise customers.Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to testing, code reviews, CI/CD, and architectural discussions.Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve performance, security, and scalability.🔍 We Need You To HaveEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.Experience: 3+ years of professional software development experience.Backend: Strong experience with Python, Django, and Django REST Framework.Frontend: Strong proficiency in Vue 3, TypeScript, modern JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Tailwind.Vue Ecosystem: Experience with Composition API, Pinia, and Vue Router.Databases & Infrastructure: Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, Git, and modern development workflows.Engineering Mindset: Good understanding of software architecture, design patterns, testing, and best practices.Communication: Strong problem-solving skills and clear English communication.🤝 How You Will WorkRemote-first, results-driven: Primary working hours are CET-aligned to enable close collaboration with the team.Startup pace: Workload can vary by phase; we stay close, communicate often, and solve problems together.No visa/relocation: We currently cannot provide visa sponsorship or relocation support.🌟 Bonus Points ForExperience in logistics, supply chain, operations, optimization, or enterprise software.Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AzureExperience with CI/CD, observability, background workers, or distributed systems.Experience building data-heavy or workflow-heavy applications.
