Our flagship product, Hire2Retire, automates the employee identity lifecycle by integrating HR systems with Identity Management and other applications helping organizations achieve seamless onboarding, offboarding, compliance, and security with zero-trust and least-privilege security posture.Job Requirements:The Software Engineer will design and develop both front-end UI/UX and back-end services for the Hire2Retire platform, handling the full development cycle from requirement analysis to implementation. The ideal candidate should have strong coding and analytical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Location: Jaipur, RajasthanRequired experience and Qualification:2+ years of relevant experience.Engineering Graduate from a premier institute.Experience on software development on Linux platform including shell scriptingExperience with JavaScript, Java, Typescript, or other programming languagesExperience building web applications with Angular, Node.js, React, HTML, Bootstrap, Angular material and similar frameworksExperience of development with databases including Relational databases, SQL, Redis and understanding of data processing concepts.Knowledge of web services, REST, SOAP, XML and JSON.Excellent organisational, verbal and written communication skillsDesired SkillsIt would be great if you are versed with any of these technologies:Experience of working on Cloud Technologies - AWS, Azure, Google Cloud.DevOps experience including Jenkins, build pipelines, cloud deployment, and networking concepts.Experience of working with Docker, Message Queues and Kubernetes based environmentKey SkillsLinux, JavaScript, Angular, Node.js, DevOps, Kubernetes, Cloud Technologies - AWS, Azure, RabbitMQ, MySQL, Product Design, UI/UX Design, Leadership, Strong Communication
